Jiji Maa is an upcoming Indian television drama series which is going to launch on Star Bharat Channel. The show will be going to have its premiere on 9th October 2017 at 7:30 pm on Star Bharat and Star Bharat HD. The series is directed by Rohit Raj Goyal who has been primarily known for his television show Diya aur Baati Hum. The show ‘Jiji Maa’ is produced by Kinnari Mehtaa and Jay Mehta under the production banner of Jay Productions. The show features Tanvi Dogra and Dishan Arora in lead roles whereas the show also cast Shubhashish Jha and Bhavika Sharma. The show also casting the significant or supporting roles in the series as Akansha Gilani, Rajesh Balwani, Rajeev Paul and Pallavi Pradhan. The series is coming with a unique story about two sisters named as Riya Jaggi and Shreya Jag.

Both sisters featured in the show is actual twin sisters who has been participated number of reality shows like India’s got Talent and other prominent dance reality shows. Both sisters are playing the character of Niyati and Phalguni in the show where veteran actor Rajesh Balwani is playing the role of father to those twin sisters. The sisters has been seen hailing from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Uttaradevi is the antagonist in the show to both sisters. The show will be essaying the bond between two twin sisters where the elders sister Falguni can cross any line of fire for her younger sister Niyati.
The show will be airing on weekdays that is Monday to Friday at 7: 30 pm on Star Bharat and Star Bharat HD.
January 7, 2019 Three big budget films from Telugu film industry were announced for Sankranthi months ago and the distributors who bought the rights started booking theaters from then itself. There is no scope for other low budget films when three biggies hit the marquee at the same time. Despite being aware of this fact, Rajinikanth’s Tamil dubbed film Petta also joined the race.

So it’s understandable that Petta didn’t find takers until the last minute. Finally, Ashok Vallabhaneni bought the Telugu dubbing rights and decided to release it simultaneously with the Tamil version on Jan 10. No wonder Petta is suffering for making the late entry into Sankranthi race.
